This role works closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose product issues, document findings, and assist with repair evaluations and reporting.The RMA Technician will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, and evaluating returned products using standard engineering and troubleshooting techniques. This position includes hands-on hardware testing, failure analysis, repair support, and detailed reporting of findings. If you believe that we would be the right fit for you, please apply today.Position Requirements for RMA TechniciansAssociate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferredHigh School diploma with military electronics/avionics training or related experience consideredStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeExperience troubleshooting and testing electronic equipment preferredAbility to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopesExperience with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to read technical drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentHand soldering experience or IPC/JEDEC certification is a plusAbility to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the facility as neededAbility to work safely in an office and lab environmentJob postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range.
