CODI offers competitive salaries, a supportive work environment, and an excellent benefits package.DUTIESTrain and supervise assigned Maintenance trainees to complete maintenance tasks on time.Ensure quality control of assigned work areas as specified by the contractual agreement.Ensure equipment and supplies are in working order and in stock.Train new consumers.Transport and supervise assigned consumers to and from the work site safely and in a timely manner.Maintain a good working relationship with on-site supervisor and/or designee.QUALIFICATIONSMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid New Jersey driver's license with no more than five (5) points; driving abstracts will be reviewed upon hire and every six (6) months thereafterMinimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in maintenance or a related fieldAbility to lift a minimum of 25 poundsMust use a CODI-issued or personal mobile phone to record work hours accuratelyMust obtain and maintain valid CPR and First Aid Certification within ninety (90) days of hire or transferMust successfully pass background checks through IdentoGO and the Central Registry, as well as pre-employment drug testingResponsible for completing quarterly vehicle inspections and ensuring vehicles are clean and well-maintained (interior and exterior)
