As a Multi‑Site Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage all aspects of each branch including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. You have 2+ years of remote management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills You enjoy collaborating with local businesses to create meaningful partnerships and engaging with the local community. You have a college degree or military equivalent. Travel Requirement You’ll need to be able to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state.
