We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Arlington, VA United States . About the Role: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBAs Collecting and recording data to track client progress Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans Responsibilities: Implement ABA therapy services in a clinic or home-based setting Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Assist with client scheduling, planning, and organization Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans Provide feedback and support to families on client progress and goals Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client services and progress Experience with an AAC device a must. Salary: $21 - $32 HOURLY based on experience Paid Training Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education) or equivalent experience Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Galaxy ABA Therapy
