Responsibilities Manage the daily operation of the retail location to ensure an excellent experience for our customers. Supervise and train team members. Ensure operational efficiency, track goals, review trends, and resolve guest concerns. Qualifications Strong leadership ability, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Previous experience in retail, customer service or a related field is a plus.
