Project Manager IT - Banca - Plataformas de Ahorro e Inversión

LHH

Desde LHH y para incorporacion directa a cliente final (Empresa vinculada a sector Banca), buscamos incorporar un perfil de Manager para el area de Ahorro.

Buscamos un perfil manager senior de operaciones tecnológicas , con fuerte foco en estabilidad, control operativo y gestión del riesgo , responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad y fiabilidad de las plataformas de Ahorro e Inversión en producción.

No es un rol reactivo ni puramente técnico.

Es una posición de liderazgo operativo , que actúa como punto central entre:

Negocio
Desarrollo
Proveedores y servicios críticos

El objetivo es asegurar que los servicios funcionan de forma estable, predecible y controlada , reduciendo incidencias recurrentes y garantizando continuidad operativa y cumplimiento regulatorio.

Responsabilidades principales

1. Gobierno del servicio y operación

Ser responsable último de la operación de las aplicaciones en producción.
Definir y controlar SLA, SLO y métricas de fiabilidad.
Asegurar una visión clara del estado del servicio y sus riesgos.
Participar en comités de seguimiento con una visión ejecutiva y orientada a impacto.

2. Gestión de incidentes y problemas

Liderar la gestión de incidentes críticos (P1 / P2).
Asegurar análisis de causa raíz y planes de acción efectivos.
Reducir la recurrencia de incidencias estructurales.
Coordinar una comunicación clara y oportuna con negocio.

3. Continuidad y resiliencia

Definir y mantener planes de continuidad, capacidad y recuperación.
Supervisar cambios en producción desde una perspectiva de riesgo operativo.
Asegurar operaciones seguras en entornos regulados.

4. Conocimiento funcional y control operativo

Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento operativo de procesos de:
Fondos de inversión (VL, liquidaciones).
Renta fija y valores.
Garantizar coherencia entre operación, contabilidad, conciliaciones y reporting .

5. Gestión de equipos y proveedores

Liderar equipos de operación internos y proveedores externos.
Gobernar SLAs, contratos y niveles de servicio exigidos.
Elevar el nivel de madurez operativa del servicio.

6. Mejora continua

Identificar puntos de fricción operativa y riesgos latentes.
Proponer mejoras estructurales para estabilizar el servicio.
Impulsar una cultura preventiva y de disciplina operativa.

Requisitos del perfil

Formación

Ingeniería, Informática, ADE o similar.

Experiencia

Experiencia sólida en operación de servicios tecnológicos críticos.
Liderazgo de equipos y servicios en entornos complejos y regulados.
Interacción continua con negocio y áreas técnicas.

Conocimientos

Gestión de servicios TI (ITIL o similares).
Productos de Ahorro e Inversión y desintermediación.
Gestión de proveedores y SLAs.
Continuidad de negocio y gestión de riesgos operativos.

Competencias clave

Visión operativa end‑to‑end.
Liderazgo bajo presión.
Capacidad de anticipación y prevención de riesgos.
Comunicación ejecutiva clara y directa.
Orientación a estabilidad y mejora continua.
