$25-$35 per hour ( including base pay, tips, incentives )
Guaranteed base pay ($15)
PAY, PERKS & BENEFITS
- $15/hr base + performance pay (up to $23/hr) + $9.14 avg tips
- Many stylists earn $35+/hr total
- Closed Sundays
- Closed on major holidays
- Paid time off ( up to 1 week/year )
- $1,000 retention bonus
- Full benefits ( Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc .)

- A valid SD cosmetology or barber license
