Concrete Carpenter

Overview

Build and remove concrete forms, frame bridge decks, install rebar, and perform concrete finishing on heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, and strip concrete forms.
• Frame bridge decks and related structures.
• Read blueprints and project plans.
• Install rebar and reinforcing materials.
• Perform concrete finishing as needed.
• Follow safety, quality, and project standards.
• Support weekend outage and weekday prep work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of concrete carpentry experience.
• Experience with formwork, deck construction, and rebar.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Concrete finishing experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Preferred

• Bridge deck or highway project experience.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Ability to work independently and weekend shifts.

Work Environment Outdoor bridge construction work on I-95. Includes weekend outage shifts, weekday preparation work, and working safely around active traffic and changing weather conditions.

This is a Permanent position based out of Stafford, VA.

The pay range for this position is $58500.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Stafford,VA.
