Team Manager

Location: 901 Howe Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95825 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Panera Bread café. This role focuses on leadership, customer service, business performance, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Responsibilities Serve as a role-model and lead the team, ensuring excellent customer service. Take ownership of the business performance of the restaurant. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures. Run quality opening, mid‑shift, and closing shifts providing a consistent positive customer experience. Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts. Greet customers and conduct table visits to ensure satisfaction. Recruit, train and motivate staff. Assist the specialist within the bakery‑cafe, ensuring team members are fully competent in food service. Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within company guidelines, cultural values, and ethical practices. Promote and embody company values and beliefs. Qualifications At least 1–2 years of hospitality experience. Food Management Certification is a plus. “Run it Like You Own It” mentality. Excellent organization, customer service, and time‑management skills. Proven leadership track record. Passionate, energetic, and a positive attitude.
