Med Care Manager

Role: Medication Aide/Med Tech responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents with accuracy, safety, and dignity. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration. Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real-time. Observe residents during and after medication passes, monitor symptoms, and report concerns promptly. Complete narcotic counts and maintain organized medication carts and rooms. Follow infection control and safety standards to ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED, age 18+ Medication Administration certification, CPR, and First Aid certifications. Strong documentation and communication skills. Senior care experience preferred.
