Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Wyoming, MN

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machinists for a growing precision manufacturing company in Wyoming, MN . These positions offer the opportunity to work with advanced machining equipment producing high-quality components in a team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will have experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC equipment while maintaining strict quality standards.
Pay & Schedule- Hourly Pay: $26.00-$32.00/hour (DOE)
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Direct Hire

- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision-machined components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Make machine offsets and tooling adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and work with team members to ensure efficient production and on-time completion of jobs.
- Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Previous CNC machining experience required.
- Ability to perform machine setup and make tooling or program adjustments as needed.
- Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of precision measuring equipment and quality inspection procedures.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
