We are always looking for enthusiastic, passionate team members! Clear Lakes Dental treats patients of all ages. Currently, we are searching for a full time Licensed Dental Assistant . Best of all we provide 100% fully paid training!

Position Title: Licensed Dental Assistant

Status: Full-Time – Non- Exempt Hourly Professional

Report To: Assistant Dental Operations Manager (ADOM)

Job Overview

Licensed Dental Assistants assist with preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, and setting up rooms. Licensed Dental Assistants will assist EFDA's and Hygienists with patient treatments. Licensed Dental assistants are well-organized with great attention to detail. They provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist Dentists and Hygienists during procedures
Sterilize and set up operatories between patients
Take and process dental x-rays
Take Digital Impressions
Document treatment plans and patient notes accurately
Educate patients on post op care
Keep our workspace safe, clean, and HIPAA-compliant
Be an all-around awesome teammate!

Compensation: $20-$26

Requirements:

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; secondary education is a plus.
Certificate in Dental Radiography/X-Ray preferred.
CPR training
1–3 years of customer service experience.
A desire to learn more about the dental industry.
Good computer skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Attention to detail, well-organized, and reliable.
Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, Oromo, or Hmong is a plus.
