Tax Processing Center Quality & Operations Manager

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Level 1 Manager to lead a high-volume tax processing center, embedding quality assurance into daily operations and ensuring strict quality, accuracy, and compliance. You will coach, monitor dashboards, and drive improvements while maintaining SLA targets and service levels during peak tax season.
