Your Role

• Dominate the floor — no hiding in the corner. You’re the reason people ride out of here with something loud, fast, and unforgettable.

• Know your s tuff — if you can’t talk confidently about Desmodromic valves or boxer engines, you’re in the wrong business.

• Test rides, deals, follow-ups, closes — you own the sales process end-to-end.

• Chase knowledge — if a customer knows more than you, that’s embarrassing.

• Keep the bull low, and the standards high — professionalism doesn’t mean soft. It means sharp.

• Crush your numbers — this is a performance-driven role. Want a participation trophy? Try retail.
