**About the role:**

We’re an agency supporting busy business coaches and consultants. You’ll be the dedicated assistant to one of our clients.

This is a long-term, full-time role for an experienced executive assistant who takes ownership, closes every loop, and represents our client professionally to senior executives.

**What you’ll do:**

Manage the inbox and calendar for a busy executive

Make outbound phone calls every day: following up with clients and prospects, confirming meetings, and resolving scheduling issues

Coordinate meetings and events: venues, catering, materials, reminders

Draft and send professional follow-up emails

Keep the CRM up to date (HubSpot experience a plus)

Send invoices and follow up on payments

Send a short daily update on what was completed and what’s coming up
