Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through video consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health concerns that may include anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Our clients come from various cultural backgrounds, and you will leverage your skills in cultural competence to create a safe and welcoming environment that facilitates open communication and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of clinical counseling experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches, with an emphasis on empathy and inclusivity.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to implement crisis intervention strategies effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with a wide array of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
