Overview

This team is focused on building AI-powered solutions that improve coding efficiency, automate operational processes, and support high-impact business decisions. You'll be developing intelligent tools that leverage machine learning and OCR technology to analyze data and assist with complex use cases such as high-risk transaction reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions that improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency

• Build intelligent applications using machine learning models to automate business workflows

• Develop OCR-based solutions to extract and process data from documents, forms, images, receipts, and PDFs

• Create AI-driven decision support tools for use cases such as high-risk transaction analysis and customer risk assessment

• Partner with engineering and business teams to identify and implement new AI use cases across the organization

Experience Needed

• Strong software development background with Java, JavaScript, and Angular

• Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning models

• Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies and document intelligence solutions

• Experience developing AI-powered applications and automation tools

• Ability to contribute as a software engineer when not focused on AI/ML initiatives

This person will be impacting coding efficiency, creating tools for operations, and use cases like high-risk transactions. Meaning how can w use AI to review a high-risk transaction and determine if the customer should or should not proceed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
