Medical AssistantThe Medical Assistant plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and personalized care experience. Working directly under the supervision of a physician, you will be responsible for collecting, documenting, and communicating accurate patient information, assisting in care delivery, supporting diagnostics, and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance. You will also coordinate patient requests, manage lab processes, and help ensure that every interaction reflects the highest standard of service.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation and filing of clinical records in the electronic health record.Assisting physician to capture and implement medical plans for members.Creating supplement orders through online dispensary.Management of prescription requests under the supervision of a physician and medication reconciliation.Collection of results from diagnostic laboratory portals.In Center Skills:Lab drawsConducting Skin IO testingPerforming EKGsObtaining vital signs to include height and weightPNOEFunctional Expertise:Proficient in medical terminology.HIPAA compliance certification.Strong multi-tasking skills.
