Outten Chevrolet of Hamburg is Seeking an Experienced Service Appointment Coordinator. Join Our Growing Store with Excellent Inventory Resources and a Leadership Team Committed to Your Success, Training, and Long-term Growth. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling: Promptly answer incoming calls and online inquiries to schedule service appointments.Customer Communication: Educate customers on service options, address concerns, and explain wait times or costs prior to their visit.Coordination: Liaise between the customer, service advisors, and technicians to ensure an efficient workflow in the service department.Follow-up: Confirm upcoming appointments and contact clients post-service to ensure complete satisfaction.Record Keeping: Log customer details accurately in the Dealership Management System and maintain an organized schedule.Assist service customers with obtaining vehicles loaned by the dealership. Requirements:Strong understanding of retail automotive sales operations and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive terminology, warranties, and vehicle maintenance.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM tools).Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus commissionMonthly & Quarterly Bonuses Available401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceOpportunities for AdvancementAbout UsThe Outten Family of dealerships has 5 rooftops between Hamburg, Allentown and Tamaqua.
