As a Bartender, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while providing knowledgeable beverage service, maintaining high standards, and helping create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards. Create a welcoming, engaging, and professional experience for every guest. Develop menu and beverage knowledge to confidently answer questions and make recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment. Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation requirements. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Collaborate with servers, cooks, managers, and fellow bartenders to support smooth restaurant operations. Promote featured beverages, menu items, and specials when appropriate. Previous bartending experience is preferred. Lunch, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required based on business needs. Must meet all legal age requirements for alcohol service.
