Job Type:

Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

As a Floor Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing production setups, color changes, and material blends according to customer specifications.
• Starting up, shutting down, and troubleshooting basic injection molding machines and material systems.
• Ensuring all work cells are stocked with components and verifying that operators follow safety standards.
• Completing all production paperwork and maintaining an organized, clean work area before shift handovers.
• Filling in as a machine operator as needed to keep production running efficiently.

Schedule:

Wednesday 12:00 AM-6:30 AM, Thursday-Saturday 6:00 PM-6:30 AM

Pay:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)

To be successful as a Shift Lead/Floor Assistant, you must meet the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Two years of previous injection molding experience preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass a forklift driving test and safely operate one daily.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and reach above shoulder level to access machine controls.
