The Role
We’re looking for an experienced carpenter who can run a job in the field. You’ll lead our crew day to day, handle demolition through framing, and keep subcontractors coordinated and on schedule. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be swinging a hammer as well as running the site.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays when a job needs it.
• Lead and direct field crews on residential remodel and addition projects
• Handle demolition safely and efficiently, protecting the parts of the home that stay
• Frame walls, floors, and roofs to plan and to code
• Read and interpret construction plans and catch issues before they become problems
• Coordinate with sub trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, etc.) to keep work sequenced and moving
• Track labor hours and job costs in JobTread from your phone
• Upload daily logs and progress photos in JobTread so the office and clients stay in the loop
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate daily progress and issues to the project manager

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of carpentry experience, including framing and demolition
• Experience leading a crew or running a job site
• Ability to read and work from construction plans
• Comfortable working with subcontractors and keeping them on track
• Comfortable using JobTread (or a similar app) on a smartphone for time tracking, job costing, and daily logs. You don’t need to be a tech expert, but you need to use it every day. We’ll train you if JobTread is new to you.
• Reliable, organized, and a good communicator
• Own hand tools and reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have

• Finish carpentry experience
• Remodel experience in occupied homes
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
