Primary Responsibilities:
- Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Provide support to customer requests for inbound calls and emails
- Create and review quotation documents and purchase orders
- Enter new orders into our job tracking system
- Act as the primary contact between Operations and customers on jobs
- Support staff on assigned project-based work
- Quote repairs, new equipment, & parts and follow up
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous AC/DC Motor experience highly desired
- Servo Motor experience highly desired
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Functional Microsoft Office skills
- Moderate understanding of industry trends, market forces and customer expectations
- Basic product knowledge and applications
- Phone etiquette for customer interaction
Education:
- High School Diploma & work experience (Required)
- Associated degree in related field (Preferred)
