Your future role at a glance Location: Pensacola, FL Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola Department/Speciality: Vascular Access Schedule: 3 (12) hour shifts | Night Shift 7 pm - 7 am | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols ofthe healthcare organization. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursingor current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior tohire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire. What additional requirements you'll need Vascular Access experience. 1-3 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
