Junior Project Manager

We are hiring one Junior Project Manager. You don't have to be a construction expert but need to have some experience in the field, the right mindset, and the kind of personality that takes ownership of everything you touch. Here's the work. You will be out at job sites every single day doing progress checks on renovation projects. You will manage lighter renovations with our subcontractors. Painters. Flooring crews. HVAC. You will be the person who shows up, walks the job, and holds those subs to the timelines they committed to. The bigger and more complex jobs go to our Senior PMs. You will not be running those, and that's the point. You will be learning from them every single day. This is one of the best learning opportunities you will find anywhere in the construction industry. You get the reps, you get the mentorship, and you get to grow into advanced construction leadership without having to figure it all out on your own. But while you are learning, you are also running real projects with real budgets and real deadlines. You will own them from start to finish. This is fast paced. Really fast paced. Plans will change. You will need to stay on top of subs. Weather will mess up your schedule. Someone will tell you a date that they will not hit. The right person doesn't get rattled by any of that. The right person expects it and pushes through it. Here's the trait that matters most. You have to be able to hold people accountable. You have to be able to walk a job site, see that something is not right, and have the conversation right there on the spot. You have to be able to call a sub who is running behind and not back down. You have to be able to push people toward the finish line even when they don't want to be pushed. If you are wired that way, you already know it.
