We’re conducting a confidential search for an experienced Plant Director to join a leading printing company in the greater Pittsburgh area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and create a culture built around continuous improvement and accountability.
What You’ll Lead
- Oversee plant operations and overall manufacturing performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop 6-8 direct reports
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery
- Build a high-performing, accountable plant culture
- Partner cross-functionally to achieve business and customer objectives
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong printing and/or manufacturing leadership experience
- A proven track record of improving operational performance
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- A hands-on, collaborative leadership style
- The ability to engage, develop, and hold teams accountable
Location: Greater Pittsburgh, PA Area
