Senior Project Accountant
Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI
Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) seeks a Senior Project Accountant to manage financials for rental properties, including HUD/LIHTC income and expenses, intercompany payroll, and audits. You will work with the General Accounting and Financial Services teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. You will lead HUD and LIHTC audits, prepare REAC reporting if needed, and help establish strong internal controls while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
