We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst – Order Capture to join our team in Minneapolis–Saint Paul, USA. In this role, you will be part of a high-impact team driving transformation across our Sales and Go-To-Market platforms, supporting enterprise-wide capabilities powered by Salesforce, CPQ/Conga, and SAP integrations.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Lead Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead business analysis across end-to-end systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of Order Capture architecture and associated upstream and downstream integrations and processes.
• Ensure integrity and alignment of business workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ/Conga or similar solutions, and SAP.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners and Solution Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ/Order Capture solutions.
• Demonstrate familiarity with SAP integration concepts and pricing workflows.
• Use tools such as Lucidchart and Azure DevOps for process modeling and backlog management.
• Evaluate solution options and recommend scalable, sustainable approaches aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment across initiatives.

About You

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce, CPQ/Conga, and SAP integrations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
