Registered Nurse - Telemetry

$2105.28/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Telemetry to provide quality patient care during weekend night shifts. The role involves monitoring cardiac patients and ensuring clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients in alignment with physician orders.

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, responding promptly to abnormal findings.

• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.

• Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge instructions.

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse license in the state of practice.

• Proven experience working with telemetry units and cardiac monitoring.

• Strong assessment skills and ability to interpret telemetry data effectively.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts on weekends.

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
