AI/Coding Consultant

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AI/Coding Consultant to lead strategic initiatives in data modernization, AI/ML innovation, and platform architecture. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide data strategies, evaluate emerging technologies, and enable cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Required Skills Over 5 years of experience in data engineering and architecture, especially within cloud or hybrid environments. Hands-on proficiency with cloud-native Lakehouse platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake. Expertise in streaming architectures (Kafka), ETL/ELT tools (Informatica), BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, ThoughtSpot), and relational databases. Programming skills in Python and SQL to develop data pipelines, automation, and AI/ML workflows. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, platform choices, and MLOps processes. Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and governance tools (e.g., Collibra, SALT, Informatica). Familiarity with distributed query engines (Starburst), graph databases (TigerGraph), NoSQL solutions, open table formats (Iceberg, Delta Lake), and data mesh principles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts into strategic business insights. Experience working within Agile/SAFe environments. Nice to Have Skills Industry experience in financial services or regulated industries. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP). Vendor certifications for Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle. AI/ML certifications such as AWS ML Specialty or Azure AI Engineer.
