Weekly pay: $1,781-$1,915 per week
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Shift: 3x12 nights
Setting: inpatient medical-surgical and telemetry care in a structured unit

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments on admission and monitor condition trends throughout the stay
- Prepare, administer, and chart prescribed medications (including IVs); manage wound care and specialized equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on postoperative care, medication schedules, and discharge instructions
- Recognize early signs of medical deterioration and respond to stabilize patients; participate in emergency response as needed
- Document care and medication administration accurately in the medical record
- May float to additional units as required to meet patient care needs

Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- Minimum 2 years Med Surg and Telemetry experience
- Ability to float to other units as needed
- Availability to work 3x12 night shifts
