Graceful Care Living LLC – Sharpsburg, PA

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Positions Available: 3

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description

Graceful Care Living is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to join our personal care home team in Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania.

We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents. We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy caring for seniors and making a positive impact in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Monitor residents and report changes in their condition to management.
Follow individualized resident care plans and facility procedures.
Assist with medication-related duties only when properly trained and authorized.
Complete daily documentation and communicate effectively with other staff members.

Qualifications

Previous caregiving, personal care home, assisted living, or CNA experience preferred.
Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work assigned shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
Must meet Pennsylvania personal care home background clearance, training, and employment requirements.
