Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:
• Serve as the primary HR partner to site leadership and associates• Lead employee relations, engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
• Oversee compensation programs, staffing, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and investigations
• Analyze people data to drive improvements in retention and performance
• Lead, coach, and develop the on‑site HR team
Qualifications for the HR Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field• 3+ years in an HR leadership role
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
