Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join the team and support a growing practice across real estate, litigation, estate planning, and business law.
This role offers client exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a diverse legal practice.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Represent clients across real estate, civil litigation, estate planning, and business law matters.
• Manage client communications and provide timely legal guidance and support.
• Draft, review, proofread, and edit legal documents with strong attention to detail.
• Conduct legal research, prepare filings, and assist with case strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff while managing multiple time-sensitive priorities independently.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney or eligible to pass required bar admission requirements.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with office technology and Microsoft Office applications.
