Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help drive hiring efforts for field and construction-facing teams by creating a strong candidate experience and supporting timely, organized recruiting operations. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, communicating clearly in both English and Spanish, and helping teams move from hiring need to a successful start with efficiency and follow-through. Responsibilities Source and screen bilingual candidates for construction and field-based roles. Coordinate interviews, hiring steps, and candidate communication across multiple job sites. Maintain applicant tracking records and ensure timely follow-up with candidates. Support onboarding preparation and compliance steps for newly hired employees. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. Construction-related recruiting or commercial construction experience is a plus. Experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus. Experience coordinating with hiring managers, field supervisors, regional leaders, and candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment is a plus.
