We have openings for Production Operators in several areas of our process. These are full-time roles with a Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week with daylight hours. We also offer a consistent schedule with flexibility in start and end times within reason, making this a great fit for individuals with families or those seeking better work-life balance.

We are seeking individuals who may have one or more of the following capabilities and interests, or has a drive to learn these skills: experience with intricate parts, building small-scale models, mechanical inclination, working with your hands, knowledge of computer components, working with computer screens, or using microscopes.

*Requirements of our Production Operator jobs include:*

* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Good (corrected) vision
* Ability to use and see via a microscope (some positions)
* Experience working with chemicals
* Knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Knowledge of SOPs (a plus)
* Knowledge of Travelers (a plus)
* Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Ability and willingness to learn (prior experience helpful but not required)
* Ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers)
* Safety awareness and conscientiousness
