Behavior Technician

Overview We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Monitor and record progress, and adjust strategies as directed by the BCBA. Collaborate with team members to support each child’s development. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during sessions. Qualifications Passionate about helping children with autism.
