What You'll Do
- Set up and operate wire coiling and stamping machines
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process
- Use gauges, calipers, and measuring tools to inspect parts
- Follow established manufacturing procedures and work instructions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area
- Support production needs and assist with additional tasks as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and retain information
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Frequent use of hands for machine operation and inspections
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
