Job Description Conduct strategic requirement reviews, acquisition strategy development, RFP development, participate in pre‑award and post‑award conferences, prepare solicitations, complete all contract awards within established timelines, assist in source selection, prepare modifications to contracts, administer contract closeout, assist in FOIA responses.
