Mint Workforce is hiring Certified Athletic Trainers for permanent, direct-hire positions with a leading, nationally recognized employer-based healthcare provider, supporting a Fortune 100 global automotive manufacturer's site in Princeton, IN. Two shifts available.

Compensation

• $38/hour base ($79,040 annualized)
• $7,500 signing bonus
• Evening shift: $6,000 annual shift incentive, paid in two installments after the 90-day probation period
• First-year package: $86,540 (day shift) or $92,540 (evening shift)
• Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance
• Annual performance review with merit increases, typically 2-3.5%

Schedule

• Day shift: 9:15 AM–6:00 PM
• Evening shift: 5:00 PM–1:45 AM (comes with shift incentive)

What You'll Do

• One-on-one and group injury prevention education for a manufacturing workforce
• Evaluate and treat occupational injuries within your scope of practice
• Build relationships with employees and site leadership to reduce avoidable injuries
• Work alongside an onsite health center team

What You'll Need

• Active BOC certification (ATC)
• State licensure in good standing
