Your Profile

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in backend, including solid practice with PHP 8, Magento, and Symfony and you know the MACHP architecture.

You have skills in designing systems (design patterns, modularity, separation of responsibilities).

You have experience in headless commerce and composable architecture (integrations with CMS/PIM/payments).

You are able to design APIs (REST/GraphQL), versioning, and security (OAuth/JWT).

You have practiced building microservices and event-driven integration (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SNS/SQS, webhooks).

You use English at a level that allows you to work with documentation and international cooperation.

You have experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and automated testing (unit/integration/e2e).

You are able to work with observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) and solve incidents.

You know best practices for performance and optimization of web applications - you can diagnose problems and propose effective solutions.

You are familiar with caching mechanisms, profiling techniques, and can translate them into real system performance improvements.

What You Will Do In This Position:

Design and implement modular, scalable solutions according to the MACHR principles.

Develop and integrate APIs with headless commerce systems, CMS, PIM, payments, and deliveries.

Build and deploy microservices in containerized or serverless environments.

Define IaC and CI/CD pipelines for development and production environments.

Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of distributed systems.

Build Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) and orchestrate complex interactions between services.

Work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and optimize user experiences.

3. Tech-check - At this stage, we will talk about your technical experience, approach to problem-solving, and the technologies you have worked with. The meeting is a technical interview and lasts about 1.5 hours.
