Graduate Nurse

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA is seeking Graduate Nurses to join our teaching-focused, patient-first team. In this role, you will provide direct bedside care under experienced RN preceptors, perform assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document care in the EHR. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams across diverse clinical cases in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Graduate Nurses participate in structured orientation, ongoing education, and quality improvement and community health initiatives, gaining strong clinical foundations and clear paths for career growth.
