Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to discern clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and needs, and articulate these findings effectively in treatment documentation.

• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating clients' unique circumstances, therapeutic goals, and preferred methods of intervention. Plans should reflect current best practices in mental health care.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients, employing solution-focused and client-centered techniques that promote healing and resilience.

• Utilize teletherapy methodologies to deliver effective virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable and conducive environment for clients.

• Perform crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing strategies that prioritize client safety, and mobilizing appropriate resources.

Qualifications\n
