Outpatient: Up to 9 patients per day. Inpatient: Up to 13 patients per day. Rehab: Varies Certification requirements: CCC-SLP is required for Speech. PT must be licensed in the state. OT must have passed the NBCOT exam. EMR system used: Cerner Powerchart. Support staff available: Rehab Aides/OTA/PTAL typically 2 to assist in rehab. Weekend requirement: Varies and will be specified during requisition. Holiday requirement: Holidays are not required. Uniform: Maroon polo shirt and dark colored pants, closed-toed shoes, lab coat optional. Outpatient and Inpatient: Possible; specifics will be defined in requisition. Pharmacy services available 24/7. Shift schedules may vary depending on needs; typically 8 hours. Areas covered: Assigned area with potential to float to other areas. Common diagnoses/types of patients: - Inpatient: Ortho, post-surgical, neuro, trauma, cardiac, med-surg. - Speech: Stroke, TBI, neuro, trauma, cognitive impairments, swallowing difficulties. - PT/OT outpatient: Ortho/neuro. - Rehab: Neuro, spinal cord injuries, trauma. Additional notes: One year of experience preferred, travel and trauma experience are preferred. Cancellation policy: Up to 4 shifts can be canceled during a 13-week assignment. Charting system: Cerner. Trauma level: 2. Care setting: Inpatient rehab. Division: Allied. Shift notes: 8-hour days, Tuesday to Saturday. Required certifications: BLS Certification.
