Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and screening candidates Onboard new employees and provide orientation Support employee engagement initiatives and activities Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Facilitate training sessions and workshops Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of HR principles and practices Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field #J-18808-Ljbffr
