As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of events run smoothly and efficiently. Ideal candidates are proactive, personable, and possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to address attendees' needs and resolve any issues promptly Responsibilities * Assist in setting up event venues including arranging furniture, equipment, and signage. * Greet and check-in guests, providing them with necessary information and materials. * Manage crowd control and ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. * Coordinate with vendors and service providers to facilitate timely delivery and setup. * Provide on-site support and respond to attendees' inquiries and concerns. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse groups. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to event setup and teardown. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Prior experience in event staff roles or customer service preferred but not required.
