Artisan Restaurant in Traverse City, MI is looking for Cocktail Servers to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and tearing down the Patio seating, bar, tables, rolling silverware, etc
• Presenting the menu and helping customers select drinks
• Take and serve drinks orders.
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Delivering drinks to tables
• Clear tables and keep the patio area clean
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Delivering a great customer experience
• Work is performed primarily outdoors

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous restaurant experience a plus
