The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and working closely with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process. Responsibilities: Inspect damaged vehicles and document all necessary repairs. Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating systems. Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians. Review repair orders and ensure all work is authorized and completed to company standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and industry standards. Assist in managing workflow and scheduling to maximize efficiency. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Collision Estimator or similar role preferred. Familiarity with CCC One or Mitchell Estimating systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
