Company Overview: Join a passionate and skilled team dedicated to delivering outstanding applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. As a leader in the behavioral health field, we prioritize positive behavioral improvements, skill-building, and enhancing the lives of our clients and their families. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be a key part of this mission, supported by comprehensive training and ongoing development.
Position Overview: We’re looking for caring and proactive individuals to join us as Behavior Technicians. You will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), carrying out customized behavior intervention plans and helping clients learn critical life skills in a variety of environments. Behavior Technicians are essential in delivering ABA-based support, tracking client progress, and assisting them in achieving meaningful goals.
