Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Palm Coast, FL . 

Job Details: 
Schedule:  

• Monday–Wednesday: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Saturday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM

Location:   Palm Coast, FL 32137
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 13+ weeks
Pay Range: $19 to $21/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  

Duties: 

• Perform venipuncture and collect quality blood samples from patients, including pediatric and geriatric patients.

• Explain collection procedures and help patients feel comfortable during the process.

• Process, prepare, and handle clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records and specimen documentation.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

• Complete daily tasks accurately and on time.

• Protect patient confidentiality and ensure the accuracy of patient information.

• Demonstrate professionalism and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Requirements: 

• Education:  High School Diploma or GED required.
• Years of experience:  Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience – REQUIRED
• Skills/Specialties/Technology:   Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections .
